Why We Carry XS–3XL in Every Single Style

When we were planning the Lucia launch, the size range was the first decision I made. Not the fabrics, not the colourways, not the pricing. The size range.
XS through 3XL. Every style. No exceptions.
This is harder than it sounds. Most brands "offer" extended sizing in a handful of styles, in a handful of colours, with a note buried in the product page that some sizes may have longer lead times. That is not inclusive sizing. That is inclusive-sizing optics.
Real inclusive sizing means the same product, the same quality, the same availability, regardless of size. It means grading patterns properly — not just scaling a size 8 pattern up to a size 20 and hoping for the best. Different body proportions require different proportional adjustments. We worked with our pattern graders for three months to get this right before we ordered a single unit.
It also means fit testing across the full size range. We fit tested the Power Flex Leggings on seven different body types before approving the final pattern. The waistband proportions changed. The rise changed. The length changed for 2XL and 3XL. All of it needed adjustment.
The extra cost was significant. The extra time was significant. We made the decision anyway — because the alternative was producing something that only works for some of the women who want to buy it, and calling it a brand for everyone.
If you wear XS, your leggings exist because the fit was tested on someone your size. If you wear 3XL, the same is true. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it will not change as we grow.
