The product mind. Simrit trains six days a week and carries a notebook everywhere she goes. She designed every Lucia piece, wrote every product spec, and personally squat-tests every new legging before it ships. Lucia was named after her grandmother — a woman who built a business with her hands and never once compromised her standards.

The Idea
Simrit is training six days a week and can't find activewear that moves like a second skin and still turns heads. She starts sketching in their apartment, naming every design after the feeling she wants to chase. Eron stays up late building the website.
Mar 2025
First Sample
With $6,000 saved and a manufacturer contact in LA's garment district, they order the first 50 pairs of Power Flex Leggings. Simrit wears them to every workout. Fixes every flaw she finds. Eron handles logistics. They order again.
May 2025
Lucia Goes Live
The store launches quietly. No ads, no agency, no investor pitch deck. Just Simrit, a ring light, and Eron on the camera. The first 50 units sell out in a weekend. They celebrate with ramen. Then get back to work.
