How to Measure
Waist
Measure the narrowest part of your natural waist, typically 1 inch above your belly button.
Hips
Measure the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 7–9 inches below your natural waist.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam down to the ankle bone along the inside of your leg.

All measurements are in inches. For best results, use a soft tape measure.
Fit Tips
Between sizes?
Size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a tighter compression feel.
Leggings feel snug?
Our waistbands have high compression that relaxes with 2–3 wears. This is normal.
Sports bra fit?
Measure underbust (for band size) and fullest bust (for cup size) and compare to our chart.
Short inseam?
We offer 7/8 length and full length. Heights under 5'4" typically prefer 7/8.
