By accessing or using the Lucia Clothing website ("Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice. We will honor the price shown at the time of your order confirmation. Product images are representative — slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings.

By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

We ship to the US and select international destinations. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Lucia Clothing and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

Lucia Clothing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
